Vietnam visa requirements in Ireland
Ireland is not in Vietnam visa exemption list so if Irish citizens would like to visit Vietnam, they have to get Vietnam visa before entering Vietnam. For Irish passport holders, there are 2 ways to obtain entry visa to Vietnam: through Vietnam Embassy or via online visa service:
1. Apply Vietnam visa at Vietnam Embassy
At present, there is no information about the Embassy of Vietnam in Ireland. Therefore Irish citizens may visit the nearest Vietnam Embassy in the neighboring country to apply for a visa by themselves.

Access this link: https://vietnamvs.com/apply-visa to fill in secure online application form, pay service fee by credit card and just wait 1- 2 working days (normal service) or 4 - 8 working hours ( urgent service) or only 30 minutes (emergency service) to receive your visa approval letter via email. After all, you take this letter + your passport + 2 photos + some dollars as stamping fee to pick up your real visa at Vietnam airport.
