News about visa exemption policy for five European countries
Under Vietnam visa exemption policy, citizens from five European countries including British, French, German, Italian and Spanish were allowed to travel to Vietnam for all purposes without visa for a period of up to 15 days. This policy is valid until 30, June, 2016 and can be considered to be extended when expiring.
It has been officially informed of the decision by the Vietnamese Government to extend this visa exemption policy to 30 June 2017. The visa exemption policy is still applied for single entry.

Also according to Viet Nam immigration law, to be eligible for visa exemption, passports must have at least six-month validity. If citizens of the above mentioned countries wish to enter Viet Nam at least two consecutive times without visa, the next entry must be at least 30 days after the previous exit.
