How long does it take to expedite a rush Vietnam visa?
The Vietnam Immigration Department working time starts at 8:00 AM and finishes at 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday of a week. At the lunch time from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM, they have a short break.

If the request has been sent before 8:00 AM, the visa approval letter will be delivered at 10:00 AM latest. Otherwise, if it comes after 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, the letter will be ready at 3:30 PM in the same day.

If the request has been sent before 8:00 AM, the visa approval letter will be delivered at 12:00 PM or at 5:00 PM if the request sent from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

If everything has been done before 8:00 AM, the visa approval letter will be delivered at 5:00 PM on the same day. Later requirements (after 10:00 AM) will be processed by the next day.

Emergency visa at weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
It should be noticed that the Vietnamese Government organizations, including the Vietnam Immigration Department and Vietnam Embassy or Consulates in abroad, have 2 days off at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or in the Vietnamese public holidays. During these days, a normal processing visa will be suspended until Monday morning of next week. In case you need an emergency visa for your entry on the weekend or Vietnamese public holidays, you will have to pay extra money for overtime processing fee. Normally, your visa approval letter will be ready in just 2-3 hours after payment completion.
Just remember to select the overtime processing mode when you make a visa application during these days.
How much does it cost?
Normally, a visa on arrival will be completed within 36 - 48 hours at the cost of US$ 18 per visa only. In urgent cases, it can be shorten to 8 hours, 4 hours or 30 minutes.

In Vietnamese public holidays or at weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the Vietnam Immigration Department stops receiving normal Vietnam visa request. How to apply for a rush Vietnam visa?
Step 1: Checking your flight time and Vietnam current time
Some airlines will check your visa approval letter before boarding the flight. therefore, you need to estimate how much time remaining and check current Vietnam time to make an appropriated visa application (30 minutes, 4 hours, 8 hours or overtime processing). Step 2: Fill out the application form or send us an email
The online application form is available for the applicants to submit anytime. You need to fill in the form with the required information and check it carefully before submitting. Step 3: Making a payment

Step 4: Get the visa approval letter delivered and obtain the visa at arrival airport
