❶ Your application reference number is specified on the upper-left corner of the letter. This is a recorded number for Immigration officers to your case.

❸ Type of visa is also clearly specified which is also the purpose of entry, allowing the foreigner to do some specific legal activities in Vietnam such as tourism/business purpose.
❹ Personal and passport information of the applicant for identification. The information consists of full name (as in passport), date of birth, nationality and passport number.
➎ Number of entries allowed. The foreigner can be granted for single entry or multiple entries to Vietnam.
❻ Entry and exit date allowed. This is the limit on the duration of the applicant’s stay in Vietnam. The applicant is granted to enter Vietnam on or after the entry date but must leave Vietnam before or on the exit date. The sooner entry and later exit will be get a fine (punishment ticket which you have to pay for extra money) from the customs.
